Sumeet acquires Phase-3 chips plant to expand polyester chips capacity
The company was declared the successful bidder for the Phase-3 chips manufacturing plant of Nakoda Limited — a ₹23.47 crore acquisition covering approximately 11,534 sq m of land and building along with the entire plant and machinery. The facility's proximity to existing operations strengthens integration with the downstream POY and FDY business and adds flexibility for future growth across the polyester portfolio.
