From a first unit of 1,500 TPA polypropylene multifilament yarn, we scaled to a 12,000 MT POY plant and onward to today’s 1,00,000 TPA integrated polyester complex — producing PET chips, POY, FDY, textured and dope dyed yarn directly from PTA & MEG. The plant runs 24×7 as a continuous process on a zero liquid discharge basis, with the Surat location placing us next to both raw material suppliers and end users.
